Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions thoroughly as they are part of your booking agreement.

Payments
To secure the vehicle(s) for your selected date, a non-refundable deposit, as stated in your quote, is required. Please note that any amendments to the initial booking may incur additional costs. As weddings are meticulously planned well in advance, re-hiring the vehicle(s) in the event of cancellation is unlikely, thus the deposit is strictly non-refundable. Final payment must be made no later than 30 days prior to your wedding date.

Delays and Inclement Weather Conditions
While we will provide you with a suggested timetable prior to your wedding date, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Honey's Weddings cannot be held responsible for any resulting delays or late fees. In cases of extreme weather conditions, it may be impractical to use the chosen vehicle(s). The decision to proceed with the vehicle(s) under such conditions rests solely with Honey's Weddings. If we are unable to provide the vehicle(s) in these circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

Mechanical Failure and Accidents
In the rare occurrence of mechanical failure, accident damage, or operational issues that may affect passenger safety, Honey's Weddings reserves the right to substitute the vehicle with an alternative option. If an alternative vehicle is not available, a full refund will be provided. In the case of bundle packages, if one vehicle is unavailable, the cost bundle package discount no longer applies and the difference will be refunded.

Goodwill Gestures
If there is a decision to provide a goodwill gesture, it must not be assumed or implied that any offer should not be construed as an admission of any liability on the part of Honeys Weddings. Goodwill gestures are at the company’s discretion, no obligation, non-binding and can be withdrawn and/or amended at any time. We are at liberty to change and review this Policy at any time.

Damage
The individual hiring the vehicle(s) will be held financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle(s) by any member of the bridal party or wedding guests. Honey's Weddings cannot be held liable for any damage to clothing or personal belongings of the bridal party or guests.

Unforeseen Circumstances
Please note that Honey's Weddings cannot be held liable for any unforeseen circumstances that may impact your booking. This includes, but is not limited to, accidents, accident damage, criminal damage, vandalism, extreme weather conditions, road closures, road works, or any other events beyond our control.

We highly recommend arranging your own wedding insurance to ensure you are adequately covered for such situations.

Zero Tolerance
We treat everyone with courtesy and ask the same in return. Any discrepancies we ask to be resolved in a civil manner – without violence, abuse, or harassment. We have the right to work without fear of being abused. Any behaviour verbal or physical which causes staff to feel uncomfortable, embarrassed, or threatened is totally unacceptable.

Our Zero Tolerance Policy includes aggression or threats made in person, over the telephone or in a written communication. Zero Tolerance applies to all forms of communication regardless of where it takes place.

We consider inappropriate and non-acceptable behaviour to be:
-
Verbal Abuse: any verbal abuse issued with the intent of creating distress, fear or intimidation to another individual, or group of individuals.
-
Physical Abuse: any intentional movement of the body which may include touching, gesturing, pushing, striking, stalking, spitting, any unwanted intrusion of “reasonable space” of an employee or an intentional use of any object towards an individual.
-
Creating a Hostile Working Environment: any intentional non-physical action that can be considered intimidating or harassing or which involves the explicit or implicit challenge to the safety, well-being or health of an individual.
-
Hate Crime: any criminal offence, perceived by the victim or any other person, as being motivated by hostility or prejudice based upon the victim’s disability, race, religion or belief, sexual orientation or gender identity. This could include verbal abuse, physical assault, damage to property, threats, intimidation or harassment. If no criminal offence is committed it will be recorded as a hate incident.
-
The use of aggressive, threatening or abusive language (including raising of the voice, swearing and cursing, shouting) which threatens or intimidates staff.

We reserve the right to leave the booking at any time should a client breach any of these terms and the client will not be entitled to a refund in any form.

An instance or threat of physical abuse may be reported to the police and instances of abusive behaviour will be recorded in our internal Incident Log.
